New Solution for Expats with Elderly Parents in the UK
Age Content is proud to announce the launch of its latest solution specifically designed for expats who have elderly parents in the UK. The solution provides a "one stop shop" service for the carer living abroad, whilst providing hands-on local and practical support for elderly relatives in the UK.
It is inevitable that some children (and their families) move away, others emigrate, and some move long distances to work or have to relocate as part of their own career. Parents naturally want to remain in their own homes as long as possible, but are often left without the emotional and practical support of their children which they become reliant upon.
Age Content offers a solution to the emotive issue of managing the long distance caring of elderly relatives. Whilst this might be extremely straightforward at the beginning, as clients age and their condition deteriorates, and individual needs change, Age Content can bolt on additional products to ensure peace of mind is maintained, practical solutions are offered as necessary, and everyone has peace of mind.
According to a report from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, parents and their adult children need better information when taking the decision about the advantages and disadvantages of household arrangements - including the likely level of support from social security and social services.
Age Content are experts in their field, and their team specialise in managing the care needs of the elderly. They can ensure an optimum solution is put forward so everyone can understand the benefits. For more information please get in touch with Age Content on +44 (0) 161 686 2984 or via email info@agecontent.co.uk.
