Cous is a great side dish to any Mediterranean-themed meal. We are no stranger to this tasty accompaniment. I really like this version with the little apple pieces, sunflower seeds, seasoned with cumin, and a hint of mint. It is super easy to prepare by adding some hot water. Let it sit for a bit and you have some fluffy couscous with amazing flavor to add to your meal.

This was very tasty and easy to make just by adding boiling water. It's great to be able to prepare something delicious and filling without needing to use the hob or pots and pans. I'm a fan of Ainsley's cup a soups too but when you want something a bit more substantial this is a good option.

The small pieces of apple are also tasty and blend well with sunflower seeds. This can be served as an accompaniment with fish or any savoury dish. It is even tasty as a dish on its own.
