A Godsend when you're all bunged up with a cold. A soothing hot lemon drink with the added bonus of phenylephrine HCL to relieve nasal congestion and paracetamol for reducing fever and relieving from all sorts of flu-related pain (headache, sore throat, aching bones etc.). A maximum of four sachets can be taken in 24 hours, that's one every 4 to 6 hours. I find that one in the evening before I go to bed relieves me for the night and aids sleep. The warnings on the box must be read with attention, as for all over the counter medicines.
