Hoi Sin sauce is a must-have when it comes to cooking Asian inspired cuisine. I always keep a bottle in my pantry. It is a flavorful, rich tangy sauce with a hint of sweetness. I love to add the sauce to some chicken and fresh, crunchy vegetables in a giant wok, and toss it all until everything is coated with the delicious sauce. Lay it on a bed of rice and you have an amazing, tasty meal.

Hoi Sin Sauce is quite versatile. The other day, I had Amoy Stir fry Hoi Sin sauce with some chicken, instead of the duck I usually use and it was delicious. I just cooked the chicken, added the sauce, a stir fry mix and chopped spring onions, served with rice and had a delicious meal ready in ten minutes.
