There is something wonderfully comforting about cloves, just the aroma warms my insides on a cold winter's day. I think that they add great flavour to a side piece of ham, slow roasted in the oven, hmmmmm. They are also an essential ingredient for mulling your own wine, you need approximately 510 as they are quite potent, along with your other ingredients. I like the fact that these are fairtrade AND organic.
