Blue Dragon Teriyaki Marinade is a blend of sweet Mirin-style seasoning with Japanese soy, and is ideal for grilling, frying or using on the barbecue.
This irresistibly sticky and sweet marinade is delicious with prawns, chicken, beef or vegetables. Be sure to store in a cool, dry place and once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

I use this teriyaki as a marinade for meat like it says on the bottle this is a marinade,but also is good as a dipping sauce.
It does taste nice if you chop some spring onions and a little fresh red chillies.
Nice and spicy for all who likes the taste.
