If you are watching your calories and also crave chocolate from time to time, Freddo chocolate caramel bars might be perfect for you. Thick milk chocolate encases a smooth, sticky, sweet caramel filling. Each pack comes with five bars and are less than 100 calories each, so no need to feel guilty. These are a great addition to lunch boxes or for a quick treat.

This is an ideal treat for those days when I am really craving chocolate, but am also aware of the calories.... at only 97-kilo Calories per bar, I can sneak it in and not feel guilty! Far better than the frozen squares of chocolate trick that is recommended by others.

Do not get me wrong. I really enjoy Cadburys Freddo Caramel and would not hesitate to buy a 6 pack were it not to be that buying six single bars of the same treat to be cheaper. Although it is only a few cents it all helps in these times of austerity.
If the price was at least matching that of six individual bars I would have given this product five stars.
