This mustard is a must have in my kitchen. I add this powdered variety to so many of my recipes. It is particularly good rubbed into beef before roasting it, this also improves the pan drippings so that your gravy is even nicer.

Ham and mustard are meant for each other so rubbing your ham with this mustard before baking is guaranteed to please.

Colmans Mustard will always be stocked in my pantry.

Colmans Mustard Powder Medium is just the right size as you do not need much of it in any recipe. I find it indispensable when making mayonnaise. It is also a great addition to soups and stews. You can, naturally, mix your own mustard for spreading on sandwiches but I find that a bit sharp.

I have a lot of recipes that call for mustard powder and, as Coleman's is as old as the hills, what better mustard can you get?

If it is around for that long, you know it is good!

By golly it is so strong you'll swear you were chopping onions. Don't mess about with something that has been tried and tested by cooks for centuries!

Colmans Mustard Powder has been around since the early 1800's adding flavour to many dishes, one of my favourites is Rabbit in mustard Mantel.

This mustard powder is not for the faint hearted it will certainly clear your sinuses and bring tears to your eyes if you are not careful with the mix.

Nothing comes close to Colmans mustard, it's incredibly pungent so expect clear sinuses and a tear in your eye. I prefer the powder as you can add it directly to recipes or mix it with some salt, sugar and water to use it on roast beef or as a dip.
