I previously purchased three Dr. Oetker colors and decided to try this one. I really love it! No mess with food dyes or anything! Just squeeze in a few drops according to how you want it and youre set! I used this along with my pink, blue, and yellow in a cake for St. Patricks Day and another one for Easter. My family loved it!

You'll never get a good ultra violet colour as this, even if you do mix your own red and blue food colouring. Anyway, why bother? Dr. Oetker have already done it for us. Fantastic just like all of Dr. Oetker's colourants, by adding more or less of this gel, drop by drop, you obtain a lighter or darker tone of my favourite colour.
