Not suited for baking at all. It's mostly a sugar syrup with an odd chemical flavour that's not even slightly reminiscent of natural vanilla. Would not recommend or repurchase.
Excellent quality, wonderful vanilla extract. This is the best alternative to using a vanilla bean/pod in your home baking, which are not always available. This amber coloured extract contains the vanilla seeds, so it adds to the appearance of your dessert and is more suitable to preparations that don't need baking, for example, mousse, cheesecake, etc. Tiny black seeds will be visible which does make a difference. Your guests will know that you've used a quality vanilla flavouring and not a simple, 'fake' essence.
