Well. .sure...it's Waitrose essential product. ..but excellent quality and not expensive at all ! I don't know anywhere in Belgium where I can easily find. .malt vinegar. .sad but true ! Is this type of vinegar really only so British ?! Fish and Chips without it. .?!..no way ! It Is infact my favourite kind of vinegar. ..alongside balsamic ! But. .so much cheaper !
I still cannot believe how cheap this product is! We use malt vinegar a lot, mainly on chips but also to clean stuff, and the supermarkets' leading brands can be pricey, especially if you only buy the biggest format. Waitrose malt vinegar tasted great and very acidic, no one at home could tell the difference between it and our usual branded one. I will only buy this from now on!
