Winter Warmers for British Food Lovers

Product information

Grants Black Pudding is a classic component of any traditional English breakfast. Perfect alongside some baked beans and a few rashers of bacon, black pudding isn’t for everyone, but if you like it – you love it.

It is tinned for a long life, but is about as close as it gets to buying the fresh product. This tinned black pudding tastes great and has that great colouring and texture we all expect from black pudding.

Most popular with customers in United States of America (USA), France, Korea Republic of, Germany, Italy, Canada, BFPO, Greece and Netherlands, but you can buy Grants Black Pudding for delivery worldwide.

This is the best so far, we tried one from the internet and another made in New York from the local English store but it did not taste right and had MSG. Our daughter really likes the Grants Black Pudding as it reminds her of her Boarding School in Scotland at Gordonstoun. She said its the closest to it and has it with an egg for breakfast before going to school.JR

I was skeptical at first, because it came from a can and I thought it would leave a nasty flavour on it. I stand corrected, is actually pretty good and tasty. A little bit dry, of course, and I didn't like how difficult was to take it out of the can. You actually have to open both sides and push, as they direct you on the can. Still, once cooked it was hearty and really enjoyable.

Since moving abroad I have now introduced Grants tinned black pudding to people back home We all think it is as good as or better than the stuff you get fresh or frozen!! It seems to be a limited time product with Grants but I now have a HUGE stockpile - hopefully will not run out until they start making it again! I WISH they would just make it full time!

I am so excited to see this product in your line up. I love black pudding and have missed it since living in Canada. They do sell a facsimile of it here and it is truly horrible. It does not help that it is marketed as 'blood pudding' - quite off-putting.

I like it for breakfast as part of the traditional 'fry up' but I also used to enjoy it in my mum's wonderful lamb stew. I have read the reviews and will be ordering this, my mouth is watering at the thought of it.

Good stuff! Although they make a nice kishke in my town, the spices aren't quite as right as in this tin of black pudding.

Traditional fry ups at home are easy peasy and cheap now, yasssssssssss.

Originating from Lancashire in 1941 I was brought up on "proper" butchers black puddings and other delicacies like tripe and pork dripping on toast. In the years you ate what you were given and you cleared your plate or else !! I decided to try Grants black pudding in tins (unheard of in my day) and was extremely surprised to find it was low in fat, quite spicy and very close to the stuff I scoffed as a kid. Only 4 stars as the ones I remember were a little more moist but when you can't get this in Azerbaijan a little less than the best is an acceptable alternative.

Fantastic product. I had tried this a few years back and was pleasantly pleased how it tasted...spicy, full flavoured, and so, so good. This week, I tried it again!..oh why did I waste so much time living without my beloved black pudding. Too good to miss. Its a great standby in the cupboard when the fancy takes you.
