The crunchiness of the texture is great, but these just taste burnt. They literally taste like theyre coated in the concentrated flavor of a burnt bit of crumb that got stuck in the toaster. And not in that nice charred way, just like, smoke and ash. We all know Marmite is famously love it or hate it, but its hard to say whether or not Marmite lovers would even like these, because they honestly dont taste of Marmite to me.

Jacobs Twiglets original small bag!! I'm delighted that this product comes in a small packet to save me eating too many!! although I have been known to eat two!! these wonderful crispy tasting sticks of marmite go together with a drink of your choice be it a cold beer or a soft drink is complimented by the taste of Jacobs Twiglets

As with Marmite, you either love or hate Twiglets. I happen to adore them. Crunchy, yeasty and salty these are baked rather than fried in oil and so are a more health option than getting run of the mill crisps. I tend to buy the smaller bags as I cannot resist them and would eat a huge bag in one sitting otherwise. These used to be a staple of my parties when I was a kid and as no one else liked them I always got them to myself !

I had not tried Twiglets in ages and so was very excited to be able to order these and have them delivered to me in Italy. After the first few bites, I wasn't overly impressed because the flavour was not quite how I remembered them to be, but it has been a long time!! The packet did get eaten anyway.

Jacobs Twiglets are my mother in law's favourite crisps and I can understand why. I love Marmite and they taste quite similar to it, but with an extra crunch. They are also quite healthy which enables you not to feel too guilty after demolishing a few bags of them in one go.

I recently purchased a packet of Jacob's (Stiglets) but on the back of the packet it says Twiglets. I hadn't tasted these for years and was anticipating an enjoyable snack. What a let-down! they were not as I remember them (in fact I checked the sell-by date), they tasted nothing like Marmite and to be honest I threw them away. So disappointed!

I love Twiglets but I'm the only one at home that will eat them so I prefer a small bag like this, or I'd never stop! Delicious crisp, marmite flavoured crunchy snacks that are quite unique. The strange thing is I don't like marmite, hate the stuff, but I can never get enough of Jacob's Twiglets. Does anyone else think of Mr. Bean when they eat them ;-)?

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without Jacobs Twiglets. What a delicious taste (similar to Marmite) on beautifully crunchy wheat sticks. It's so good to know that they are also healthy because once I open the packet I won't put it down until it's empty. Fortunately, they are available in these small bags, so I can finish a packet without feeling so guilty about it.
