If you need a boost in your Omega 3 levels, John West Anchovies in Olive Oil is a good start. You can use it for some gourmet, homemade Caesar salad dressing, add it to pizzas, or in some of your special pasta sauce. They are pungent and super salty, so consuming them in moderation is best. I did find them a little too greasy though. That was the only negative. But overall, the anchovies were worth the purchase.

John West/Princes Anchovies in Olive Oil are delicious. They are perfect as a pizza topping and the fact that olive oil is used to store them adds to the inherent healthiness of these lovely, small fish. I must admit, though, I prefer to buy anchovies in a jar so I've given them a 4 instead of a 5.

I love Ceaser salad and make my own dressing with these anchovies, it is far superior to store bought and not difficult to make.

You need an egg yolk, virgin olive oil, about five anchovy fillets finely choped, two cloves of garlic, cracked black-pepper, parmesan cheese and fresh lettuce (firm variety).

Beat the egg yolk, slowly add the oil, then finely chopped the garlic, and anchovies, add the cheese to your own taste, along with pepper.

Drizzle on lettuce just before serving, sprinkle extra pamesan the over top and add croutons and crispy cooked bacon bits.
