I used to love jammy dodgers and these are similar. They do have that slightly powdery texture that I think comes from potato flour or some other highly processed starch. Not the healthiest snack, but a nice occasional treat to go with a cuppa tea in the late afternoon after work.

Jammy wheel type cookies are some of my favorites and since going gluten-free, it has been a challenge finding adequate biscuits. These are delicious! The texture is perfect, not grainy like many gluten-free items. The raspberry jam is the perfect amount and texture. The only complaint is I wish there were more in a box!

This product from brand 'Lovemore' contains a total of 8 biscuits with a raspberry jam filling. The texture is just right. The biscuits are thick and crispy. The flavour of the biscuits is, at first, reminiscent of rice. This is not surprising, given that 'Rice Flour' is the first among the ingredients listed, of which the product is composed. The pleasant tartness of the raspberry jam filling helps offset that rice flavour. When compared with similar products manufactured using conventional ingredients, this product falls short in terms of flavour execution. However, as a standalone product manufactured for people with certain types of food intolerances, it is a praiseworthy attempt. Overall, this product can be tried for once.
