As it's a concentrated product, it doesn't take much to get results and it is indeed hot, but not fiery hot. This is another product that I will have to buy again when I make my next order. Makes me wish they sold it in my home country, though I can get the Mexican version of it without the heat easily enough. A few dashes in my chicken stir-fry brings the flavours up a notch.
I first used it as a friend of mine recommended it to me. It is so good to add a few drops to almost every kind of meat or vegetables.
It gives a lot of taste, and I put it as a finishing touch to chicken stock based meals,it goes so well together.
