Maille Dijonnaise is a creamy style sauce with eggs and Dijon Mustard. It has a kick of mustard and creamy smoothness of mayonnaise. Dijonnaise is the perfect finishing touch to a steak or a sandwich or stirred through boiled new potatoes.
Maille Dijonnaise has a fantastically rich heritage - the Maille company was originally founded way back in 1747 by Antoine Maille, the greatest mustard manufacturer of that age.

Rapeseed oil (40%), water, white wine vinegar (contains SULPHITE), dextrose, free range EGG yolk (4.3%), modified waxy maize starch, salt (2.5%), MUSTARD husks (contain SULPHITE), Dijon mustard (1%) (water, brown MUSTARD seed, spirit vinegar, salt, preservative potassium METABISULPHITE, acid (citric acid)), flavourings, acid (lactic acid), concentrated lemon juice, burnt sugar syrup, thickener (xanthan gum), colour (riboflavin).
- Keep in a cool, dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and use within 1 month. Do not freeze.
