Clotted cream is one of the most heavenly comestibles ever invented so obviously any confection made with clotted cream is just an automatic winner. These are great chewy, sugary, buttery, with a vanillacaramelbutterscotch taste. There's an eversoslight graininess in the texture but it's not unpleasant. Needless to say they're incredibly rich so you can only have a few at a time.

Firstly, I love Marks and Spencer's food, it is one of those shops i miss from the uk. Secondly, this fudge is one of the best i have tried. Of course it can never rival that in the west country but it certainly is very very close. I made the mistake of letting my wife try these and now she is hooked on them. Plenty of fudge for a price which although might be slightly higher than usual but worth every penny indeed.

Marks and spencer clotted cream fudge is a very tasty sweet treat !! but i do mean sweet so it is something i eat only in small quantities and when i stick to this guideline i find it very tasty!! the family also enjoy this fudge and i usually leave it in the fridge as it can go a bit soft if it gets too warm but enjoyable non the less
