Must start by saying hot or cold rice pudding is a dessert I have always adored some are good some not no good but Marks and Spencer rice pudding is a wonderful choice always producing fantastic results time and time again wonderfully creamy I tend to reduce the amount of sugar I cook this dessert with as. like a schoolboy, I must have a dollop of jam perfectly placed in the middle of my plate before I devour it
