When British Corner Shop first started it was only Mark and Matt, and between them they packed boxes, answered calls and emails from customers and dealt with every aspect of the company.
Previously, Mark held various management positions at Hewlett Packard and has been involved in several start-ups.
Mark now ensures the same level of customer service is instilled in everyone in the company, from pickers and packers through to the customer service team.
Out of work, Mark enjoys playing the guitar, cycling, running, eating out, films and cinema, music and cooking.
If Mark lived abroad, the product he'd miss the most would be Fray Bentos Steak and Kidney Pie.
