Made with treacle, cider vinegar and honey, this sweet and smoky sauce is a tasty condiment for sausages, burgers and sandwiches.
Alternatively, you can use it to marinate meat before cooking in the oven of on the BBQ. Shake well before use, and always discard used sauce. Do not pour used sauce back into the bottle.

Tomato Puree, Golden Granulated Sugar, Treacle (9.2%), Cider Vinegar (6.9%), Honey (6.4%), Salt, Cornflour, Garlic Puree, Onion, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Ground Mace, Cayenne Pepper.

Too smokey for my taste, even though I do realise that this is typical of all barbecue flavoured sauces and marinades. It is just a sticky cooking sauce, not particularly tasty either. Full marks for the stickiness of the meat once cooked, but not too keen on the taste. I don't think I'd buy it again.
Takes all the hassle out of making authentic tasting BBQ ribs, just pour it over the ribs, cover and leave them in the fridge for about 8 hours. Even after its cooked it's not thick and gloopy like some other brands I've tried and tastes delicious without being overpowering, very smoky and sweet.
