Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Lemon Peel, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Acid: Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates, Lemon Oil, Colours: Beta Carotene, Curcumin, Prepared with 20g of Fruit per 100g, Total Sugar content 63g per 100g.

Always a hit in our house. It is a favourite childhood food for hubby. Sweet and just the right hit of lemon - on toast, not too much peel in it. I also sometimes add it to frosting in the middle of a sponge cake for an extra lemon taste.
Another great product from Robertsons. This silver shred marmalade is a wonderful lemon burst of flavour, that gives you a tangy spread for your morning toast. I like to eat it on cream crackers for a snack, but everyone has their favourites. Good product with a good pedigree behind it.
