For me, this is the best curry powder mix available, as I am not fond of very hot and spicy food. It has all the delicious curry flavour but with a mildly hot pepper taste. I usually use three teaspoons of it as I fry the meat and onions, garlic etc. On rare occasions where I need a hotter curry I just add a pinch of chili powder and the end result is always delicious!

Another great product form Schwartz. I can't take a hot curry so this is a wonderful blend to use in curried mayo or rice dishes that need a little pick me up. I like to use it to make Singapore noodles to give a little kick with the soy.
