Cheddar is our favorite things at home and this one makes it easy to make a cheesy dish. We bought two packs and the first one we made was roasted potatoes with bacon and different herb seasonings. We poured this over the dish a few minutes before we took it out and layered with some melting cheese on it. The second was nacho chips with a lot of different stuff. Both are super! We gonna buy again.
Cheese sauce is something that I found difficult to master at home so I resorted to buy ready made sauces which can be lumpy and not appealing. I think Schwartz mix for cheddar cheese sauce provides an authentic tasting and smooth sauce, that can be obtained easily in a few minutes.
