As i find with as usual with a quality product from Schwartz their pork seasoning is no different!! Adding a wonderful taste to the taste of the pork whatever the cut of the meat!! Also you dont have to use loads of seasoning to get a very good covering and i find that the flavourings of sage and onion go together with pork exceptionally well!! even when the meat is cold and sliced the flavour remains

This product really adds a special delicious flavour to your pork dishes. So instead of a somewhat bland piece of pork and vegetables on your plate, you can feast on an absolutely scrumptious meal, equal to the taste of anything in a top restaurant. Even the kids have been won over, it used to be a cry of Yak when faced with pork, but not anymore.

This is an excellent product, I have used it on both roast pork and pork chops. The drippings then make impressive gravy.
I bought some ground pork on a good sale last month and decided to make a meatloaf, with the addition of this product it was a taste sensation. Left over cold meatloaf makes a great sandwich.
