This is such a versatile product if you like a bit of heat in your food. It's got just enough chilli to give your lips a tingle but there's also a great flavour so it's incredibly moreish. I tend to add it to things during cooking rather than at the table, but I'm sure that would work too given the right dish. I also like adding a few sprinkles into mayonnaise, mixing and then using that as a sauce for burgers.
