Shropshire Spice Sage, Lemon & Chestnut Stuffing is a ready made, hand blended stuffing mix that's the perfect accompaniment to all types of poultry, pork and game.
Free from all artificial colourings and flavourings, this classic blend is also suitable for vegetarians. To prepare, simply mix the contents of the packet with 250ml of boiling water and optionally, 25g butter for flavour.
Stir well and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Place in an ovenproof dish in the centre of the oven or form into balls and place on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
