This is excellent! This is the first time that I taste Lemon Curd, and the taste is very good. It is not too sour or bitter and it spreads well. For the texture, it is similar to chocolate spreads, and what is good with this product is that it changes the ordinary. I eat it for breakfast and it gives me an extra fruity touch. However, it is better to eat it spread on something, because when you eat it with nothing, it is too sweet.
