Much as I love the sweet bitterness of a traditional mature orange marmalade, Tiptree Lime makes a wonderfully refreshing change! The bright lime flavour and the promise of its gorgeous light green colour are a totally different experience, not to be missed! I've always loved the unique, bright flavour of limes, but had never tried a lime marmalade. There's no going back. Thanks to the British Corner Shop, Tiptree Lime is now a staple in our pantry and on our table!

Having just acquired the taste of marmalade, and now living in the USA, every time I hanker for a taste of home I buy a jar of lime marmalade. I do sometimes eat it with toast, but I love scooping it out with a spoon and eating it neat. It reminds me a bit of eating lime jellies when growing up. Sort of sweet and tangy at the same time, more like a sweet than a spread!
