Made from Canadian red spring wheat, this flour produces a very strong dough with exceptional pliability and texture. Produces bread with great texture, flavour and keeping qualities.
Easy to use, simply mix with dried yeast, tepid wter and some sea salt, knead, allow to prove and then bake in the oven for 35 minutes for a delicious homemade loaf.
