Whitworths desiccated coconut is a product my mum used to use now it is something i love to use and the children are continuing the tradition as it is such a versatile tasty product ideal tou use in baking as it adds a sweetness as well as the coconut flavour a coconut cake is delightful but my favourite is macaroons!! delicous!!
