I'm so happy to see this cheese here! I hadn't even realised how much I missed it. Normally I'm not a huge fan of smoked cheese, but this applewood smoked cheddar is the exception. It's a deliciously sharp yet creamy cheddar, with a mellow, almost sweet, smoke flavour. Perfect with some sliced red onion for cheese on toast!
