When short of time I used this cake mix to make a quick and easy chocolate cake. I wasn't expecting much but it rose beautifully (even in the toaster oven we have to use here in Japan!). The recipients loved it too, and even asked me what I'd done differently with this recipe as it tasted better than my usual (homemade!) cakes - oops! Will definitely purchase again.

I can easily say this was the best packet cake mix I have ever used. Firstly, you notice used how big a pack it is. It makes a 12 portion cake. Secondly, so easy to make, a few simple ingredients and your away. The result was a great cake with a really good flavour. I shall buy it again.
