Being a flavour that my family and i enjoy very much i always have a bottle of Dr Oetker vanilla natural extract on hand in the kitchen as i use it on a regular basis especially when baking a Victoria sponge not only does it taste good but it gives off a tremendous aroma!! i also use this product when making ice cream and if i say so myself it delicious

5 stars for this delicious, almost creamy, vanilla extract. Perfect in all kinds of recipes, whether it be batter, dough or liquids such as Panna Cotta. Very pleasant vanilla flavour, one teaspoon is more than enough for a standard sponge cake mix, or a batch of buttercream cheese frosting. A must in the home bakers pantry!

Brilliant product, quality price ratio is excellent as vanilla extract can be very expensive. Fair enough its a tiny little bottle but a few drops go a long way. If you bake a lot like myself, its better to have a small bottle of extract. This is because once open, you'll use it within a short space of time, so it will always be at its best. Great flavour, perfect in batters, dough or desserts.
