Waitrose Cooks Ingredients Chicken Stock is a well-rounded rich, classic stock made from chicken, vegetables and herbs which are simmered gently overnight.
The basis of many sauces, stews or casseroles, chicken stock is a must-have in the kitchen. It can also be used to make gravies and risottos.
Packed full of flavour, this ready made chicken stock is also great for adding extra flavour to homemade soups.

Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5ºC and consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. Decant into a suitable container before freezing. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
