Waitrose Cooks Ingredients Fondant White Icing is mainly used to cover cakes and cupcakes but it is also very versatile. It can be shaped and molded, so you can create the desired design for your cake toppings.
This icing is ready to roll, making it easier than ever to decorate your cakes. It is a very sweet tasting sugar dough with a subtle flavour.
