Waitrose Cooks Ingredients Keralan Curry Paste allows you to recreate the highly popular and traditional curries of south India at home.

It’s never been easier to recreate this authentic dish, just add the paste to your favourite ingredients, like chicken, pork or vegetables.

It has a mild flavour with a hint of sweetness and a smooth texture, and a gentle heat which makes it perfect for a family meal. It goes well with rice as a side dish.
