Waitrose Light Brown Soft Sugar gives a rich, fuller flavour to your puddings and cakes. The unrefined cane sugar has Fairtrade status, therefore giving help to the cane plantations from where its sourced.
The earliest known sweeteners were made from honey and syrups made from concentrated fruit juices, thankfully now sweetening up your life is a little easier. The honey coloured sugar is mellow and crumbly and would be perfect in fudge, caramel or toffee.
