Ambrosia Creamed Rice is the nicest available on the market. It comes in a few different sizes and this four pack of 125 grams is probably the best.
It can be enjoyed over a number of days or even by taking a pot to work which is almost like taking home cooked treats to work.
I enjoy them with a drop of Jam to really sweeten it up and add a funky colour to it.

I love rice puddings but usually end up buying pricey ones in nice supermarkets per pot which ends up costing a lot of money. I had no idea Ambrosia made small rice puddings but I am happy I know now as they are amazing. The size is perfect for lunchboxes for kids and adults alike. I preferred mine served cold with some sprinkled cinnamon on top.

I was so surprised by Ambrosia Creamed Rice Pudding.
I love rice pudding, but have never been able to make it properly myself (always too much or too little sugar!) so to have these little pots is great.
What's even better about them is that they taste really nice cold, or you can empty them into a bowl and warm them in the microwave :)
