Uncle Ben's Vegetable rice is very, very good. It could of course serve as an accompaniment for almost any protein but I prefer mine with a serving of battered cod or haddock. Alternatively it is quite delicious with a fillet of fresh salmon that has a sprinkling of dill and lemon over top. All you then need to complete your repast is a glass of white wine, or two.

Another favourite of mine this Express Golden Vegetable Rice is the perfect side dish to so many things or just on it´s own as a savoury Snack.
I like it with crispy deep fried Chicken or pan fried fish.
Always handy to have in stock when you are stuck for a meal idea.
