About Brown and Poulson
Brown & Polson came about in 1840 in Paisley, Scotland, when the pair discovered how to make maize into an edible starch
and produced Cornflour in 1854. It has since been used by households across the UK as a thickener for soups and stews,
and as an agent in baking. Brown & Polson has an ultra-fine texture and is free from gluten.
