This cornflour is just so smooth and easy to use. I just mix a little with cold water and use it to thicken soups and casseroles as well as custard and desserts. It doesn't change the flavour, if anything it enhances it. A store cupboard essential. It comes in cardboard packaging with a sealed plastic bag inside so is unlikely to get damaged in transit.
