I have a daughter who is gluten free she misses out on a lot of stuff, till I found this flour. It makes quite a decent pie crust, haven't yet used it for cakes. Very happy with this product. Will buy again

Well if you have to be gluten free and give up the advantages and taste of wheat etc this is a pretty good substitute. It's a carefully thought through blend of flours and makes a nice cake. The texture isn't quite the same but that goes with being gluten free and isn't the fault of the product.
