This is the BEST gluten free flour I have ever come across. Everything I make with this turns out well, so much so that people cannot tell my baking is gluten free. I am Celiac and I find that we don't have a great selection in Canada. I tried one bag of this on my first order from BCS and I have ordered several more. I have even ordered some for my friends who are Celiac. The stuff we get in Canada and what I have tried from the USA just does not compare to Dove's farm. It is so lovely to have baking that is just as delicious as not gluten-free baking. I highly recommend checking out the Dove's farm website for some amazing recipes!

I used this flour when I was visiting the UK last month. We made 4 sponge cakes over a 3 week time period and they tasted exactly like a regular sponge cake the flour is excellent quality. I have tried to buy a self raising flour here in Canada but they just don't sell it. I have tried adding baking power to regular flour but it is not the same. I just bought 4 more of these to stock up. I am so glad that BCS sells it and can ship here!

I do not have any problem with gluten but my sister in law is intolerant and has IBS so we need to stock up on gluten free items when she comes over. She loves my baking so I need to purchase Doves farm gluten free white raising flour in order to bake the most delicious cakes for her. It is pricey but it is high quality and there are not so many brands of gluten free flour out there. It is really self raising and it is great to make muffins or sponges for example.
