Carnation Evaporated Milk is a quality product. It has so many uses i baking and cooking I use it mainly for desserts and it especially makes a delicious mousse. Using this millk to make desserts is a great way to benefit from milk nutrients if you dont like drinking milk. It is a nutrtious product.The fact that it is canned means you can have it in your cupboard ready for when you might need it as it has a good shelf life.

I buy Carnation milk every week, it is very versatile, I bake with it, put it in my coffee and I also enjoy it poured over canned fruit. The taste has stayed consistent since I was a child, I am glad about this because sometimes new and improved is not always better. If it's not broken don't fix it I say.
