Co op mixed fruit is an item that i always have a spare of in the food cupboard!! As along with other traditional ingredients that are the mainstay of a good old fashioned Bread Pudding!! Once cooking you get the wonderful aroma of mixed spices floating through the air filling the house!! once you cut into the pudding you get stacks of firm juicy moist fruits which for me are the highlight
