Crawfords are a traditional UK company up there with McVities making traditional biscuits and snacks. You really cant go wrong with this box. Which is your favourite? For me it's those thick oblong shortbread ones. I cant remember the name and we already finished the box! You don't get biscuits like these in Europe so they would make a great present. Of course if you are dunking them in your tea you need to consider the thickness absorbency of each biscuit to avoid the sinful biscuit drop.

I really wanted to try out the British biscuits, because they seem like a big thing in The UK, but it was so hard to choose which ones buying them all would be too expensive!, so when I found this assortment, I was very happy. After receiving the package I was pleased with what I got, except, as others already mentioned, there were no Bourbon ones. Anyways, I was happy because of the opportunity to try out 6 kinds of biscuits and my favourite were the shortcake ones. They all were crunchy, not too sweet and perfect with tea.

This product from brand Crawfords is an assortment of biscuits. I received a total of 30 biscuits, invariants of Custard Creams, Digestives, Fruit Shortcake, Golden Shortie, Nice, and Shortcake. The packaging is impressive, with sufficient space in between the biscuit variants, and it is sturdy enough to ensure that the biscuits are not crushed or soggy. Each of the variants has a distinct taste, with a subtle salty aftertaste. They are light on the stomach. The Custard Cream, Digestive and Shortcake variants are delectable. The Nice variant included in the assortment is plain and not coconut flavoured. It is quite good, and not to be dismissed. The Fruit Shortcake has the perfect balance of fruity and biscuit flavours. The Golden Shortie variant is buttery and crispy. As specified, they are all meant to complement the beverage paired with for consumption. Hence, in my humble opinion, the absence of a chocolatey or other robust flavours can be well understood. They are as good with a cup of black coffee as with tea. Overall, this product is worth the purchase.

I really liked this selection so did my mother. I wasn't crazy about the digestives but the others were really good. My personal favorites are the two types of shortbread. They were excellent dunked in my tea.

I was really looking forward to receiving these biscuits to have with a cup of tea. Ordered assorted biscuits to have a selection of both nice and every day ones. Must say I was disappointed when all of them were plain and no chocolate ones. The selection received was sweet biscuits, almost identical package. I don't know if Crawford has changed the content or if this was a mix up.

This is an excellent assortment of everyone's favourite biscuits, with the added bonus of not having to throw away half eaten packs that have gone stale. Good price too, considering the quantity and quality of the contents in this pack!

Crawfords teatime assortment is just that, an assortment of your favourite English style biscuits all in one box. The best selection for a teatime snack or just to pass around with the family. A balance of plain and creams with classics like bourbon and custard creams. Teatime will be better with these.
