In the US, it's virtually impossible to find tinned cheese and broccoli soup without chicken stock, so I greatly appreciate this vegetarian option. The use of Stilton adds a complexity of flavour, elevating it well above most tinned soups. It's rich and creamy and not too terribly unhealthy ideal for pairing with crusty bread on a cold day. I'll definitely be ordering more of this one.
