A simple but classic cream of mushroom soup from the Essential Waitrose range, perfect to keep in the cupboard for a speedy and tasty lunch.
Thick, creamy and packed full of a rich mushroom flavour, this soup is the perfect winter warmer. Each can contains two servings and is suitable for vegetarians.
To prepare, simply heat the contents of the can either on the stove or in the microwave until piping hot. Serve with crusty bread and for extra flavour, scatter with wild mushrooms.
