Haywards Sweet and Mild Silverskin Pickled Onions are the 3rd brands of pickled onions I've tried and are by far the best! They have a truly sweet and mild flavour and are packed with a big crunch. I also love the fact that they are smaller in size which makes for a great addition to my home-cooked meals. I highly recommend these delicious pickled onions.

Haywards Silverskin Pickled Onions are very pleasant to eat and can be a part of any get together. I like to put these little onions on skewers with cheese, small tomatoes, and ham. I alternate them and not only does the finished product look pretty it tastes awesome. Great little pickled onions.

Haywards Silverskin Pickled Onions have a lovely, crunchy texture and a very fine flavour. They are a perfect size to munch on, nice and small, and suit cheese - particularly cheddar - extremely well. The zesty taste adds a lot to a meal and is especially good as part of a ploughman's lunch.

It have to disagree with the previous comment, I love crunchy pickled onions and Haywards silverskin onions delivers what I need. I also find the taste very sharp and tangy with a kick. I like to eat them out of the jar in front of the TV or as a side with a cheese sandwich.

I'm normally a big fan of pickles and variants of pickles (i.e. gherkins, pickled cauliflower, etc.), but these were quite poor compared to what I usually like.
When you buy pickles you expect some crunch from them, and you expect the pickle flavour to have soaked in to the skin. Unfortunately, these were quite soft and they squelched when eaten. Not my favourite pickle as you can tell.
